Trying to set up Speed Dial Numbers on a 6 button phone 7961 phone

Hello,

 

I am attempting something very basic but failing.  I have a 6 button 7961 phone with 1 DN and 5 SD numbers.  I set the DN up in CUCM with no problem.  I can set up the new SD numbers but when I hit save all of the SD numbers clear.  I have done this on a lot of phones so I am surprised by this result.  I see nothing in the phone template to change.  Anyone with any thoughts on this?

What version of CUCM? Looks like there was a bug related to this issue.
