Two IP phoens cant hear each other

Hi all,

I have two cisco 7945 IP phones in one site and both are using to the same  VLAN , having the same CSS and same PT even they use the same VGW but when they call each other they can’t hear each other and when i see the call statistics the sender packets are increasing but receiver is 0

Rest of the things i.e. Codecs and so on are all fine

Also I upgraded both phones firmware

Hi Muzzamil,

Is it one way or two way audio issue?

1.Check whether IP route is there between both phone's IP address.

2.Check whether any Firewall blocking  is happening  in between Phone's  IP address.

thank you Vigeesh,

actually there is no routing issue since both are on the same VLAn and same physical location

also no firewall in between

its not one way voice issue both cant hear each other
