I am trying to configure Two-Stage dialing on a specific E1 number on a Cisco ISR 4331.
All available official documentations does not include IOS XE configurations.
I have configured the below:

voice service pots
no direct-inward-dial isdn
!
dial-peer voice 10 pots
incoming called number .
no direct-inward-dial
port 0/1/0:15
!
In the call history the causecode for the disconnection is unassigned number or no route to destination.
Am I missing something?
