UC 7.X Pub / Sub connection issue

Publisher used to pull subscriber server information from "Cisco Unified Serviceability" page Tools>Control Center - Feature Services, which has stopped, throwing an error "Connection to the Server cannot be established(Unknown Error)". Sub is doing the same thing when pulling Pub's server.

Also unable to access own's server "service management" status from Tools under UC Serviceability page. Both servers are able to ping each other ok though. Wonder if someone has any ideas to address this issue?

Might be a DB replication issue.

Issue this command on the CLI from your publisher:

admin:show perf query class "Number of Replicates Created and State of Replication"

The value of Replicate_State should be 2.

0 - Replication Not Started. Either no subscribers exist, or the Database Layer Monitor service is not running and has not been running since the subscriber was installed.

1 - Replicates have been created, but their count is incorrect.

2 - Replication is good.

3 - Replication is bad in the cluster.

4 - Replication setup did not succeed.
