Dears,

i have a below UCS M3 server BOQ in which it has E5-2643 CPU  running 11.5 version of CUCM,, hence the supported hardware link only shows M5 hardware, this server was purchased for 9.1 and it has been upgraded to 11.5 since from past 1 year i don't have any issues,

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/uc_system/virtualization/virtualization-cisco-unified-communications-manager.html#v11.5

Can anybody clarify me how come things are working on older CPU for version 11.5.

The virtualization wiki ONLY shows compatibility for currently shipping HW (and when new models are out, the M5s that are currently showing, will be replaced), for older HW, download the spreadsheet that is available.

That's also covered in the virtualization wiki, in the virtualization hardware area, if you work with Cisco UC, you should be familiar with that site and its contents, as we've been virtual only for a good number of years.
