Hello,

I'm making the specification for UC infrastructure deployment. Besides the hadrware (2x UCS blade platforms, 3000x IP-phones 7945G, 1000x IP-phones 8945, 40x Tandberg EX90, 2x CUBE bundles) and the software (VMware vSphere 5.1 + vCenter) I need licenses for UC.

Did the

LIC-UWL-PROUnified Workspace Licensing PRO, 1 User4000

meets of ours needs (call controll, voice mail, callcenter for 100 agents, mobile devices, conferencing, video-calls, video-conferencing )?

The devil is in the details here. A few points stand out at me but it will be difficult to ensure every detail is covered through the forums. You need to work with a Cisco partner who holds the appropriate Collaboration specialization; they quote these solutions daily and will be able to guide you through design.

callcenter for 100 agents

There is a 25:1 ratio here where for every 25 CUWL Pro seats you get one (1) CCX STD seat. CUWL Pro only includes CCX Standard licenses which are almost never sold otherwise. They have significant limitations (e.g. no CAD). You would be best-served to upgrade to Premium (this can be done on the same order).

video-conferencing

I do not see an MCU in the above hardware listing. You either need one (e.g. TelePresence Server, MCU 5300) or you need a lot of PVDM3 resources in your ISR hardware. Be sure that you're aware of the PVDM3 limitations if you choose that route (e.g. no BFCP, 720p max).

Please remember to rate helpful responses and identify helpful or correct answers.

Now we are forming budget on next year and want to make preliminary calculation of infrastructure.

Wow, so we need to purchase 6400 CUWL Pro instead 4000 for having 100 CCX agent seats? Or we can order 4000x CUWL Pro and 4x
