UC500 and SIP dialplan

Hi there I have UC 540 with sccp phones and SIP trunk configured. And that is operational. I configured in addition SIP accounts for teleworkers that are suppose to connect via IPsec tunnel to the office. Also these users arte able to connect to the office and call other via extensions.

Now there is first pproblem.

1.When I call from remote SIP phone to local LAN skinny phone I can see just extension number (even though I created label nuser, and Name user) how to make this work ? When sip call skinny  and both are inside LAN I can see callerd ID as user on a skinny screen, and  when same Sip user (from LAN) calls remote user  it is just extension number.

And right after that I have second one:

2.  When skinny phone (in LAN)  calls any SIP account (remote or in LAN) I can see username defined for skinny phone, but number that appears is not local extension but main SIP trunk number !

Please can someone give me some advice . Thanks

this is SIP configuration:

If you are using third party SIP phones (not recommended), you need to configure names in the phone itself.
