UC500 CCA: Extension Cannot Begin with an Access Code

Hi All,

   Is there a way in CCA to bypass this error? Basically we want our extensions to begin with 3 AND also want our access code (to dial out) to be 3 as well. CCA is complainging about this and won't let us continue. I'd hate to go to CLI, but if that's the only way.

Hello Tom,

You cannot do it with CCA you have to use CLI or change the access code.

It is not an error but just telling you something very basic about telephon dial-plan:;

You cannot have overlapping dial entries.
