UC500 - Different Hold Music for Different Lines, Random Hold Music

I'm curious if it is possible, to play different hold music for different lines, we have the UC520 system, also can we play random hold music for example if we want to have different audio files with information about our company and we don't want the caller to here the same message each time they are on hold.

Does the hold music start from the beginning or will it start in the middle?

If you refer to music on hold, the only alternative to static file is a live feed. That is a radio or player into the jack on front.

Or are you suing B-ACD/AA ?

we are using a regular auto atttendant in unity, when you say live feed, I assume you are referring to the hold music port?

Yes. It's pre-configured also.
