I'm trying to enable liverecord and I get the error "current version of IOS not supported" I have upgraded the IOS and get the same error. I am trying to configure this feature through the CCA tool. What version of IOS for the UC520 do I require to enable liverecord?
I have attached the sh ver command.
I'm also having trouble opening the Auto Attendant through the CCA, it loads so far and then freezes???? Any Ideas?

Though I agree that CCA can be very painful and CLI works much better,
CCA does support configuring live record/monitoring.
There were some compatibilty issue between CCA and CUE versions that
were addressed in CCA ver 2.2.5.
What CUE s/w do u have?
If u are comfortable with IOS/CUE CLI, I'd stick to it.

Do not use CCA or other GUI tool, these are buggy and never produce good resutls.
I have one UC520 with YB6 and Liverecord, no problems.

Thank you gents, I'll stick to the CLI for some of the programming. I am going to upgrade the UC520 to a new software pack and the CCA tool and try again just to see. Thanks again.

I upgraded the CCA tool to 2.2(5) and the UC520 software pack to 8.0 and this solved the problems of programming through the CCA.
