UC560 - Problems with transferred calls

When we receive a call from the outside, addressed to one of the extensions, the number that appears is the original. However, when the call is transferred from one extension to another number that appears is the extension. Can someone tell me how to fix it?

The same thing happens if the call and it goes directly to voicemail transferred for someone. The message which is recorded, said to have been received from the extension and not the number where the call originated.

Thanks

Take "debug ccsip message" with "term mon", when a call that has been transferred more than once, finally goes to VM.

Only take the above trace and nothign else, post here, do not use attachments.

Any idea?

Someone need more information to clarify our problem?

Thanks

CME has always been like that and these is no way to change it.

Altough is perfectly possible for the phones to display both the original number, and the extension making the transfer, apparently Cisco doesn't care about it or people does not have requested this strongly enough.

Thanks for your answer Paolo.

Still, my problem is when someone leaves a message on voicemail.

If the call directly to the extension entered the message was recorded with the phone who made the call. But if the call is transferred from another extension, the telephone that is recorded is the extension.

Example incoming call: +34934444444 transferred to extension 125, message on voice mail sent by +34934444444.

Incoming Call: +34934444444 transferred to extension 100, and then transferred from the extension100 to 125, message on voice mail sent by the extension 100.

The same applies to the flow of incoming calls.

Has this a solution? or applied as mentioned by you earlier?
