UC560- Using CCA or CLI, can I see call log?

Hello,

I have looked everywhere and cannot seem to find an option to search a call log history for a specific user/phone (SPA509G model). Does anyone have any experience in such situation? We are trying to find out whether or not a call was placed, not received on a specific date (About 4-5 days back from current date).

Using the actual 509G model, we went into call history and it only shows the last 60 calls which goes back only 2 days and that is my problem. It will not go back to the date we need. Yes, this employee makes a ton of calls per day. 

If anyone could help me out, this would be much appreciated! THANK YOU ALL!

The UC560 would not log calls be default. You would need to enable logging and have an external FTP server setup to accept the log files.
