Recently one of our ucce box started rebooting every 5 minutes. The message received is that the icm manager node encountered an issue and will proceed to shut down the server. The shutdown process was halted and the event viewer was reviewed however there were no logs stating where the problem originated.
I investigated further and i realised that one service under icm manager was stopped and when the service was started the prompt was received to shutdown server. This server was labbelled PG1B.
Any idea what other logs can be run on contact center and how to perform them?
