I have a project to replace a call recording solution with a redox recorder. The current set-up is using SPAN but I want to change to DMS (Duel Media Stream) so we can do selective recording calls per endpoint. The Redox setup is via a SIP Trunk, however the customer wants zero tolarance on failover with no loss of recording. As the link between the the CCM and Redox recorder is a SIP trunk, is there any way of sending the DMS to a duel destination, (don't think it is possible send it to a multicast address).
Any thoughts or ideas, my google searching has not thrown up anything:-)
