Hello,
I am trying to delete all recordings from UCCX servers. I have tried several different combinations but I keep getting syntax errors. From doc Example 1 should be the correct syntax;
UCCX version 10.5.1.10000-24
Example 1
admin:utils uccx recordings purge 1000 05/13/15 10:10:10
Usage: Enter a valid decimal value for Size in MegaBytes (MB). Example: 1. Example: 4.005
Please see the troubleshooting guide for more help.
Executed command unsuccessfully
Example 2
admin:utils uccx recordings purge 1000.00 MB 05/13/15 10:10:10
Usage: Cutoff Date was not entered in a recognizable format. Example: MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS
Please see the troubleshooting guide for more help.
Not sure if we are hitting a bug. If anyone has encountered this issue, or has the correct syntax. Please let me know.
Thanks,
AK
