Hi

when i am installing uccx 7 in windows 2003 the following error is showing

computer hardware provided by cisco systems ,inc is required to install cisco unified contact center express installation will now abort

It seems you are not installing UCCX 7 on Cisco provided MCS Hardware.

Can u share the HW details ?

Correct, you need to follow the server compatibility list which you can get from release notes or if this is for lab purposes you can install it in vmware.

Then it must work. I have a UCCX 7.0 running on ESXi and it's doing fine.

Please double check

- are you installing UCCX on the Cisco-provided operating system (a modified Windows 2003 thingie),

- did you allocate at least 80 GB of HDD space.
