I tried to integrate UCCX with CUCM, but validation of server host name (or IP address) failed. Anyway, I clicked 'next' and continued with integration without any other problems.
Does anyone know what kind of problems this could cause, if any? Thanks a lot

Hi,
Were you able to see your JTAPI application and RmCM application users in CUCM now?
How about your UUCX route points and CTI ports, are they all in registered state?
Please perform JTAPI and Data Resync to see if there are any issues, and try to rectify them.
Also check all the servies under UCCX serviceability and make sure all the services are up and running?
And also try taking a DRS backup once and see if it succeeds.
Also try logging in could of Agentsand Supervisors nad make few test calls.
If these points are validated successfully than i think you are good to go.
Also try to resolve the hostnames through DNS sever.
Hope it helps.
