Hello all.
We are having an issue where CAD sometimes freezes and after a transferring calls, the agent goes out of service.
After a reboot, al is good. Issues start re-appearing after 2 or 3 months.
Is this a known issue?
Could someone help us troubleshoot this issue.

What version of UCCX?
It's good after reboot of UCCX server or the agent PC running agent desktop?

Version is 8.5.1.
All solved after a reboot...
