UCCX call drop when transfer to Voicemail

When I call into uccx and then I have a option to transfer out to voicemail I some clicking like it dialing out.  then the call will drop.

 

I check my mrg, region and location.  all seem to be good.  Now if I transfer out to a phone its works.

did you also check whether the UCCX CTI Port Group ports have the correct CSS?

I am thinking it more of media resource issue.  I check the CSS and its good.

Can you provide a detail call flow of the issue?  Does the call originate from the PSTN?  How are your regions setup between PSTN gateway, UCCX and the voicemail ports?  This information will help others to point you in the right direction.

I found my answer...

I was using "*1000010001" to transfer directly to voicemail.

uccx does not like it, so I change it to "981000010001". then I send to a translation patteren to "*XXXXXXXXXXX".
