UCCX Historical Report Format is Messy

Hi Guys

Can some one please guide me how can I make the Agent name appeared to be only Resouce name.Currently it shows both Resource name plus Resouce ID which makes the Report format Messy.

Hi

You need the Crystal Reports developer program to modify the templates.

You'd then have to deploy it manually to the reporting PCs.

The templates are in prog files\cisco uccx historical reporting\templates\
