Today i installed UCCX with demo license. Am stuck in route point and cti ports registration process. They are in created in cucm but whith status of none normally they are registered with call manager...

Adding on to the below links shared by JB, if the integration is as per the links you can try below procedure as well
Reset the username and password for Jtapi user on CCX under Telephony Subsystem.Restart the CTI manager on all CUCM servers. Restart CCX engine.
You can also do the Data Resync.
