UCCX Script scenarios and script

This thread im starting for UCCX script scenarios: If any body has different scenaria. please reply with scenario. it is good for people to test with different scenario.

 

1. Scenario 1

Agent or reception receives the call. Then transfer the calls to the required extension. if not answered disconnect the call

 

2. scenario 2

Reception receives the call. Transfer the call to the required required extension number. if not answered, return the call to the reception number.

 

Also can share the script for each scenarios if possible.

thank you very much. I didnt notice that link.

But im mentioning here any new scenarios that is available . so that people can share it here and others can try to create script based upon it.

I'm sorry but, neither of those two scenarios involve UCCX scripting.

so in the second case when the call is answered by reception and transfer the call to any extension it will not come into script part? that means we need to do that in cucm right no answer ?

receptionist is one agent in uccx.
