I'm getting an alert that UccxVoiceAgent is not running. I'd like to know what it is, and what it's doing, so I might have a guess at why it stopped. My other UCCX servers have it running. What could have caused it to go down? A network event?
Is there a directory or list somewhere of all the processes, like UCCX, CUCM, etc., where I could look up UccxVoiceAgent and find out what it does, or what it's there for?

Hi,
Uccxvoiceagent process is used by Agents when they login, you may check the "Informix High CPU Utilization" doc for UCCX
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/customer-collaboration/unified-contact-center-express/116798-technote-uccx-00.html
The services can go down due to a bug, unclean shutdown or various other factors. You may check the output of following to get some idea:
utils diagnose test
utils core active list

Hi Manish.
That looks like the right family of apps, but I don't see UccxVoiceAgent on that page anywhere.
Where did you find, or how do you know that it's "used by Agents when they log in"?
