Hi,

I need to complete a report listing the top 10 phones that didn't answer calls or missed calls last month.

Can someone point my in the right direction on how to pull this info from UCM 7

Many thanks

There is no reporting on this within CAR, you would need to have in 1st place the zero duration calls flag.

Then directly in the DB search for calls with zero duration, you can refer to the data dictionary to see which fields you would need to pull and look at

I believe some 3rd party CDR engines does have this kind of reporting included

This is what i just found...

Pull IP Phone Call Logs

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/7_1_2/car/carsrch.html

Login to CUCM – Cisco Unified Serv.

Tools – CDR Analysis and Reporting

Warring pops up – CLOSE

CDR – Search – By UserExtension

Put in number – Add Extension – Set date/time if needed – [OK] wait for data to search & build

Look at columns to see type of calls

Can email it to you & file is in text format. Will try to clean it up in Excel some how.

DIY - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/7_0_1/car/carIX.html and http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/datadict/7_1_2/datadictionary.pdf

3rd party call logging / call accounting tool - Lots are listed on the Cisco Developer portal

http://developer.cisco.com/web/partner/search?text=call+logging&technologyIds=&subTechnologyIds=&technologyProductIds=&technologyProductVersionIds

Would something like this work for you?
