UCM 8.6 : Mixed Missed Calls With Multiple Line Appearances

Hello,

A question was posed by a subscriber who has a 7965 deskphone with multiple line appearances, (2 actually). It's hers and her managers. She said she would like to know if it's possible to separate the missed calls because it's sometimes confusing deciphering which are hers and which are her managers. They're both leaving their phones unattended for extended periods of time throughout the work day.

Is there a way for her to see only her missed calls?

You can defitnely uncheck "Log Missed Calls" under the line setting of shared line.

Not completly sure if this will disable missed calls for both lines, but you can try :)

Looks good, I unchecked on her second line and it remains checked on her managers line. Should be good to go.
