UCM solution for Hospitality industry

I have a client requirement for Hotel villas. Each villa having physical desk phone. Once guest enter to villa he/she should be able to download and install softphone on to his / her smart device. Hotel fully covered by the wireless coverage. Guest soft phone should be able to receive same call, when ring the particular villa hard extension.

What would be the best cost effective hard phone models for this purpose? How far we can automate guest soft phone configuration task?

Once gust leave the hotel softphone has to be removed from the system

Please help me to design a solution for this purpose.

you would have to use Jabber as the softphone.  in terms of 'autmatic provisioning" and deletion of softphones. you would need to use and AXL connection into CUCM. to add/delete users and softphones.  CUCM cannot do this out of the box
