UCS C200 M2 blank no cisco customized media installed

Hi,

Our client is having UCS C200 M2, server was working previously but they shut it off for some reason. Now after a long time when they started server, there is no cisco customized media or any other thing in it. We need to install C200 M2 media.

Kindly guide me in this regard.  

Urgent help required.

You should contact Cisco TAC if this UCS is covered under a contract.

Bootable media can only be obtained via PUT, your SE/AM or TAC.

If you don't have a valid contract, you want to reach out to your SE/AM and see if they can help you with this.

Check that it actually has hard drives.
