Is a license for vCenter included when you order either  a UCS server or the UC software?

I dont think so...From the statement below you need to purchase vCenter seperately...

For UC on UCS (whether specs-based or Tested Reference Configuration), VMware vSphere ESXi and vCenter may be either customer-provided or purchased from Cisco

vCenter is not included and if desired needs to be purchased seperetly.
