Hi,

we have CUCM cluster version 11.5 and for business partner ship we need to connect to our new partner CUCM also 11.5 over MPLS link to make video calls between two clusters .

each cluster under its own administration and due security concerns     only the IP of call manager can be routed across the MPLS. 

kindly advise the best setup to achieve this and if the end points in this case DX80 can establish the calls only through the SIP Trunk ?

You would need to use TRP or MTP in order to make that happen, and depending on the amount of calls, that might not scale.

Based on your requirements of only allowing the CUCM's IP to be allowed, no, that's your solution.
