Hi
I’m having some issues the UCT version 2.1a accessing a CUCM 6.1(3) so as to gather license details for an upgrade to version 9.1.
The error message I get when I try to log in tells me to check my user name and password and to ensure the user profile has Standard AXL API Access.
I've tried using the default administrator user ID, which has the requested AXL permissions. I've also created a new User/Group with Standard AXL API Access, but in both cases I get this error message. I'm logged in to the computer with full administrator privileges also. I can log in to CCM admin from the same PC using both profiles.
Can anyone offer any advice?

Hi Peter,
Just a guess, can u try having AXL password without using special characters , if any ?

Hi Aman,
Yes, the user ID and password for both the existing and new profiles are lower case letters.

Resolution: The ‘Cisco AXL Web Service’ should be in the Activated state.
