Unable to Access Services In Cisco IP communicator.

Hi All,

I am using CIPC version 7.0.4.0 and CUCM version 10.5.1. When i try to access the Services in CIPC i couldn't use it because it Displaying Select Service... 

I also configured the services for this Phone in CUCM.Based on the below link.

Even then I couldn't solve it and also i visited on the below link to troubleshoot the issue but i couldn't do it .

Is there is any other way to troubleshoot this issue. Here i have enclosed the ScreenShots of CIPC Services,Service Configuration,and Subscribed Services. Kindly Share your Ideas

With cucm 10.5 you need to use CIPC version 8.6.4

You need to enable the 'Enable' checkbox in the Service Configuration window

Please also check if Enable Extension Mobility box is checked at the phone level.

Hello Deepak,

Now i enabled that check box deepak, but the problem is now it responding as

Host not Found...  So What would be the Problem? Kindly help me!!

Change the URL from Host Name to IP Address under System >> Enterprise Parameters >> Phone URL Parameters like below for all the URLs:

http://IPAddress:8080/ccmcip/authenticate.jsp
