I need some advice as my employers have 2 IM&P nodes in place to support various functions but thanks to a power surge we've lost one of them; other colleagues are in the process of sorting the hardware and the subsequent rebuild. I need to though in the short term get new users assigned to the remaining IM&P server as whenever we try to do it manually we get the error - Update failed. Cannot assign a user to a server that is not in a valid state. I'm trying to add the user(s) to the remaining live server
Is it the case that when one server is unavailable we can no longer add/assign further users?
the remaining server shows as Server state - Running in Backup mode, Reason - Peer Down During Initialization. We do have HA enabled and the server has been restarted. No options appear under server action.
