Unable to change calling party mask on CTI route point. (CUCM 11.5)

I have a CTI route point that dials out through a CUBE and out a SIP trunk.  I am trying to manipulate the calling party number mask but have been unsuccessfull so far.  I have not seen any documentation about using transform masks on CTI Route Point DNs.  I have tried changing the calling party mask in the route pattern, the route list/route group.  It works for an DN on a phone, but not a DN on a CTI route point.

 

I have attached a diagram of the call flow.
