Hi Guys,
We are unable to configure the Cisco voice mail in Outlook 2013. Getting error as "Send test e-mail message: The server responded: 550 5.7.1 Relaying denied". But it is working in 2007 outlook. The following are the configuration details
Name: <Username>
Email Address: <username@STMP address>
Account type: IMAP
Incoming address: <Cisco unity IP address>
Outgoing address:<SMTP IP adddress>
Username: <user name>
Password: <unity user's web application password>
Configuration and error message has been attached. So please help me on this .
