regenerate the certificates restart the DRF master and local and the TFTP too.

Is it always failing in Platform state?

If DRS Master and Local service restart on all servers does not fix the issue, please provide detailed DRS Local and Master traces from RTMT. For settings service trace to detailed level, use this as reference:

Restart the DRF Master and Local Agent on the CUCM Pub

Check if that resolves the issue, if not. Please check if the ipsec and tomcat certificates are not expired. If yes, we have to re-generate them again.

go to OS admin and certificate management.

1) Regenerated ipsec.pem certificate on all server.

2) Restarted DRS Master and local on PUB DRS local on all SUB.

this should fix your issue
