Hi,
I have uploaded a BAT created custom file which contains 300+ UDP that I want to delete. None of the records have a DN associated with them, nor are they logged in. When I go to schedule the job I get the following error: "Error occurred during find. java.sql.SQLException: A syntax error has occurred". An extract of my file format is:
DEVICE PROFILE NAME,DESCRIPTION
UDP-GU-RI-u530000,39621 Allen Smith
Where can I look to find out more information as to why I get this error? Thanks very much!
Melissa

Melissa,
Edit your custom file and use only the name field..eg
NAME
UDP-GU-RI-u530000
The re-upload it
