unable to dial international call

Good day every one,

Can any one help me on below query ?

User is unable to do International Outbound calls from his IP Phone. He is getting a busy signal after dialing 900+Country Code immediately. We have tried it on a different phone but he is also getting the same problem. He is able to successfully do calls locally.

Please help how to resolve this issue. What are steps i hve to taken to troubleshooting this.

Check if the call even reaches the gateway/Trunk to send the call out.

start with checking the Route_pattern/partion-css and route_group to send the call out(run DNA to verify all this)

if it reaches till gateway then would have to verify CCM traces for analysis.

Step 1 :- Collect the debugs according to the protocol configured on the gateway. For Ex :- If you are using H323 with T1/E1 PRI, collect below debugs
debug isdn q931
debug voip ccapi inout

Step 2 :- If you do not see the call hitting the gateway after debugging, the check from DNA and see if the call actually routes to the correct gateway or not. If this is also fine then move to step 3 else move to step 4
Step 3 :- Reset the route list and try directly adding the gateway to the route pattern.
Step 4 :- Check the CSS and Partitions.
