We have a call manager 6.1.4.1000 -10 and we are unable to dial numbers begining with 074
Its seems to be a route plan issue but I cant remember how to edit this
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Mark

Hello,
"Dialed Number Analyzer installs as a feature service along with Cisco Unified Communications Manager. The tool allows you to test a Cisco Unified Communications Manager dial plan configuration prior to deploying it. You can also use the tool to analyze dial plans after the dial plan is deployed."

Do you have RP configured?

Yes it seems an dial plan issue.
On Call Routing -> Route/Hunt-> Route Pattern
Do you have an pattern to this numbers? Is a PSTN Number?
If you have this route pattern the CSS of your IP Phone/DN have the permition to dial this type of numbers?
You can use DNA from CUCM to help your troubleshooting

Do you have proper Route Pattern defined and pointed to proper RL/RL/GW?
Is the call making it to the GW?
Have you tried using DMA?

NO the call is not making it to the gate way it fails after dialing just 074 and you get error from call manager
