Unable to find 32 bit TAPI Installer UC or CME

For the 64 bit machines, I am successfully able to use the following:

TSPSingleLInex64-2-2-0-8.exe

I have been unable to find the 32 bit version. Can anyone direct me to the right link please?

I see in documentation that the download is possibly CiscoUnifiedCME_TSPSetup201.exe, but I cannot find it on the Cisco site....

Hi Steve,

This file TSPSingleLInex64-2-2-0-8.exe is for 32 and 64 bit version. Just name is confusing. You cna use it for 32 bits also.

Ronak, I had to use an older version for 32 bit. I get an error when installing he TSPx64 on a 32 bit. Is this not typical?

You cannot install TAPI 64 on a 32 bit system.

You can use the CUE "toolbar"

Just ignore the incompatibility message, the popup is not needed for TAPI to work.

So you are saying that Cisco no longer releases TAPI software for a 32 bit OS?

The above is a Cisco site.

The released CallConnector 32bit for ISR routers also works.
