I am using cucm 8.6, configured a mgcp gateway and configured the fxo and fxs port(s).
CLID presentation to the FXO port -> ip phones works perfectly, but the clid doesnt seem to get presented on the FXS port when debug on the gateway.
Is this a know issue with FXS ports and i should use a ATA-186 to get the CLID Presentation to a Analog phone to work normally ?
On the voice-port i configured the following:
voice-port 1/0/0
cptone NL
timeouts interdigit 2
description Main-Phone
station-id name Main-Phone
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting ring 2
It doesn't seem to matter if i use pre-ring, of line reversal caller-id alerting method.
any help is appreciated.
