Unable to install RTMT for v14, I have 12.5 installed

dotttts

Level 1

I tried java 20 and 17 no dice.

I download and run as admin the ccmservrtmtplugin for v14. I get error: This application has Unexpectedly Quit. Invocation of this Java Application has caused an InvocationTargetException. This application will now exit. (LAX)

I was running java:

C:\>java -version

java version "1.8.0_102"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_102-b14)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.102-b14, mixed mode)

........

now running:

C:\Windows>java -version
java version "1.8.0_351"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_351-b10)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.351-b10, mixed mode)

rtmt for 12.5 works fine kinda, i have to launch the bat from the JRtmt folder.
