I have a 2901, with a VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE. This is configured via MGCP to a CUCM 8.0.3 system.
I am unable to make or recieve calls on this BRI interface.
Debug isdn q921 shows:

When an inbound call is attempted, I get

Apr 13 12:43:19: ISDN BR0/0/0 Q921: User RX <- SABMEp sapi=0 tei=0
Apr 13 12:43:20: ISDN BR0/0/0 Q921: User TX -> IDREQ ri=54016 ai=127
Apr 13 12:43:22: ISDN BR0/0/0 Q921: User TX -> IDREQ ri=769 ai=127
but no call.
sh isdn status shows:

From googling, it appears that this is a TEI configuration issue.
In CUCM, my TEI parameters are:
TEI Negotiation: FirstCall
TEI Preservation: Reserve
TEI Mode: Dynamic
I'm in the UK. Are my TEI parameters wrong, or is there something else wrong ?
