Unable to make outgoing calls on Tandberg E20

Dear All,

Will be gratefull if someone could help us in getting a solution.

We  have Tandberg E20 registered (as third-party device advanced) to CUCM  7.0. We are able to make calls to E20 from any SIP or SCCP Phones. But  we are unable to make calls from E20.

Can anyone pls help me on this....

Hi,

As far as I aware, E20 CUCM Integration is not supported yet. You need VCS. You would not see E20 sending its caller ID information (Empty From and Contact headers) and causes Call Manager to reject the call.

E20 Native registration is supported from CUCM version 8.5 and onwards.

i have cisco E20 and T1000 devices so i have made connected point 2 point. first T1000 call to E20 is fine. second E20 call to T1000 that cannot make call. What is the reason please advice to me and show some way
