Hi,
I have CME 8.6 & CUE 8.6....Reception phones are in a hunt 555 & actual phone DN is 500 & 600....I have forwarded all calls towards CUE with the below dial-peer:
======================================================
dial-peer voice 1 voip
description ### Dial Peer for CUE ###
destination-pattern 1[8-9].
b2bua
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.111.220.33
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711ulaw
no vad
!
183 is message prompt no in CUE.
Anyone calls from PSTN over PRI on 042337 777 (this is the pilot no) should hit the auto attendant. Whenever i dial the pilot no from outside i get " number busy" on my phone.
I also configured the below dial-peer for incoming calls:
!
dial-peer voice 101 pots
description Incoming DID call
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
!
After coming to AA, users should reach the reception phones (500 & 600) by pressing 0 (is pointed to hunt-pilot 555). For testing i did number expansion on CME:
num-exp 777 183; i do get the AA prompt & everything works fine.
But from PRI i am unable to reach the auto attendant.
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Your dial-peer does not match the 777 number, your destination pattern needs to include this number if the intent is to send it to CUE. Simply add another dial peer with proper destination pattern.
You can use "debug voice dialpeer" for validating.

Shall I create the dial-peer something like below:
dial-peer voice 110 pots
description *** DIAL PEER FOR INBOUND TO AA ***
incoming called-number 042337777
port 0/0/0:15
!
Or shall I create a voip dial-peer?

How many digits is telco presenting to you, from your config looks like 3, you can confirm by running "debug isdn q931", then create voip dial-peer such as:
dial-peer voice 2 voip
description ### Dial Peer for CUE AA ###
destination-pattern 777
b2bua
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.111.220.33
dtmf-relay sip-notify
codec g711ulaw
no vad
assuming you are getting 3 digits from telco and AA pilot needs to be 777.

I see. Can you post "debug isdn q931", "debug voice dialpeer" and "debug ccsip messages"?
What are you hearing?
What if you dial 777 from a cisco phone?

If I dial 777 from any internal phones it goes fine to AA & from there based upon script it’s happening nicely….problem is happening only when there are calls from PRI.

Ok, please provide output of the following:
"debug isdn q931"
"debug voice dialpeer"
