unable to register cisco phone 8821 into the CUCM

Hi,

I have 5 Cisco Wireless IP PHONE 8821 with sip8821.11-0-2SR2-1, Boot Load id sb28821.HE-01-019 and CUCM with 9.1.2.12901-3 software version.

I try to registered the Wireless IP Phone into the CUCM but it failed. I used the following release versions:

cmterm-8821-sip.11-0-2-2.k3.cop.sgn

cmterm-8821-sip.11-0-3SR1-1.k3.cop.sgn

cmterm-8821-sip.11-0-3SR2-1.k3.cop.sgn

The softwares are loaded correctly into the CUCM but the new device cisco IP PHONE 8821 does not compare into device Device Defaults menù.

I see the compatibility version between IP PHONE and CUCM from Cisco.com:

From Cisco Wireless IP Phone 8821 Data Sheet:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/collaboration-endpoints/wireless-ip-phone-8821/datasheet-c78-737346.html

Any Suggestion ?

Best Regards

Michele Rossi
