SIP can tranfer do another SIP and to SCCP, works fine, but SCCP dont transfer to SIP (with ou without consult).

Thanks.

Thiago,

Can you configure manually the region between IT7 brasilia and IT7 Pinhais to use g711. It looks as if the default in your system is to use G729 between non configured regions..

I listening a busy signal

Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App

Hi,

I don't think it an MTP or XCODER issue since both phones are registered with same CUCM. But he can give it a try.

Please share the traces for failed transfer and let's have a look.

Hi, follow the debug. The problem occur only in a transfer, I test calling from my number 7091(SCCP) to 7060 and 7060(SCCP) try to transfer to 7062(SIP), when user from 7062 answer the phone, the calls drop, and i receive a busy signal.

Hi Thiago

This sounds with MTP or CODEC related issue.

This happens just when you transfer call? Try put a call on hold for a while(5 Minu) then try rsume it. Let me know what the behavior from both devices?

which Phone models are using?

Ensure that you have media resources added to correctly on device-pool.

A good start to isolate this issue will be check the CDR for that calls. Analyzing those cause codes is an effective way of aggregating call failures.

I verify and the DP is configured correct. I send to the discussion the CDR files.

The following example sets a transfer pattern.

A maximum of 32 transfer  patterns can be entered. In this example, 55501.. (the two periods are  wildcards) permits transfers to any number in the range from 555-0100 to  555-0199

Router#config t

Router(config)# telephony-service

Router(config)#transfer-system full-consult

Router(config-telephony)# transfer-pattern 55501..

Try This and rate if is helpfull.

Thiago,

Ib have spent a few minutes looking at the debugs and here is what is going on..

First of all the call is disconnected because of Transcoder issues...

Now here is the explanation of whats going on...

CUCM wants to use a xcoder for the transfered call from extension 7060 (SCCP) to extension 7962(SIP)

cucm found a xcoder with the name XCODER which is in region Region=IT7 Pinhais

Now the SCCP phone is in the same region as the xcoder, so we see the cap match as 64Kbps,

But the SIP phone is in region Region=IT7 Brasilia, which is set to use g729 to the region of the xcoder.

Now the issue here is that it looks like its the SIP phone that needs the xcoder so it needs to use g711 to the xcoder.

So I suggest that you either put the SIP phone is the same region as the xcoder or configure the region between the sip phone and the xcoder to use g711...

Try this and let me know if it works

Hi, i will do it..then i post here the results.

Thank you

Hi, I realized that the problem occurs when I try to do the consult-transfer, but worked directly transferring.

Have you done what I said you should do? This trace was it for consult transfer? Then please do what I suggested
