Unable to Upload Announcements in UCM 11

Hello! I try upload custom announcement wav file in ucm 11. But get error.

"The .wav file could not be translated by the Audio Translator Application"

Hi,

There were a couple of bugs opened for this

You will have to open up a TAC case and will have to change the permissions for the directory where it gets uploaded to,  from the root account.
