If you are showing this in the SUB and not the PUB, I would look into if your database is replicating properly, if not I would check your NTP and ensure the sub is synced to the PUB and the PUB is synced to a NTP server.  you can do a "show ntp status" in CLI to verify

"show dbreplication status" to check replication between your clustered servers

There is no shuch command in CLI

show ntp status"

"show dbreplication status"

The DB replication is a utils command so it would be "utils dbreplication status".  You can also use RTMT to look at the DB replication state and counts for both servers using the performance monitor.  There are also cluster reports that you can access via the administration pages (reporting tool). There is a DB replication post that gives more information here:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-13672

For the specific issue that you are describing, you may also find that a controlled reboot of the servers may be a straightforward way to attempt to clear things up.

Utils ntp status

Utils dbreplication status

Sorry for the pre coffee post!

I would check to see what is wrong before the reboot, this way you know what the problem is so you can find the solution faster next time and solve the problem, But I also agree that a reboot would most likley fix the issue.
