Unconfigured DN's on CUCM

Hello ,

I entered some DN's in Call touring-> Route Plan Report where i can see these DN configuration...

How ever these DN's are old & not configured on any UDP or Hardphone or soft phone...

Even when i search these DN on Device-> Phone -> Directory Number they are not found..

what are these DN's & how can i remove these from CUCM.

What does the column "Route Detail" tell you about these DNs on the Route Plan report.

Can you attach your route plan report as a file (on the top left side of the corresponding page there is the "View in File" option.

Route Details is blank ..

below is what i am able to see on route plan

This DN is not assigned anywhere. That is why you do not find it at Device-> Phone -> Directory Number.

In the Route Plan Report, if you Find with "Unassigned DN" criteria, you will see on your unassigned DNs.

You can clear them if not needed.
