Understanding RTMT Tool

Hello,

Is there a good guide that explains what all the Name under "Select UCCX Services/Applications" mean in RTMT when you go to collect Trace files. For example, if I want to know who Logged into UCCX Application and started a service, which application / service do I pick under RTMT trace collect. Also, what about "Select System Services/Applications" once you hit next from "Select UCCX Services/Applications"

Hi,

 

If you want to pull log to see who has logged into UCCX or performed changes then you can collect the Audit Logs, where you can see user actions.

Thank you for replying. I already looked at this guide. This guide just shows how we can pull Trace logs. I want to know which field will give me what type of logs. For example, I want to pull a log that will show me who logged into UCCX Serviceability gui page. Do you know how I can pull this?
